How to Transfer Music from iPod to iPad ?

When the songs have taken large space of your iPod, you may want to transfer them to your iPad to release more space of your iPod, right? But somehow you have no idea of how to do that. No worries. To call it a sense of duty or my good intention, I decided to write this article to teach you how to transfer music from iPod to iPad.

At first, when I wanted to transfer my music from my iPod to iPad, I was unsure about how to do it. So I called the Apple Store, and they told me that it was impossible. Follow each step precisely and you shouldn’t have any issues. In order for this process to work, you will need to make sure that iTunes is set to "manually manage music". Solution 1. How to Transfer Music from iPod to iPad Manually ?

Step 1.

- Connect your iPod to your computer, go to My Computer, and double click the iPod drive.
- Choose Tools.
- Choose Folder Options
- Choose View
- Select Show Hidden Files & Folders
- Click OK

Step 2.

- Right Click the iPod Control folder
- Select Properties
- Deselect Hidden
- Click OK
- Apply Changes to This Folder, Subfolder and Files
- Click OK

Step 3. 

- Click iPod Control 
- Open Music
- The folders labled F00, F01, F02 and F03 and so on. Place this folder side by side with the iTunes.
- Make sure that Music Library is displayed.
- Apply Changes to This Folder, Subfolder and Files
- Click OK

Step 4. 

- Go to iTunes and select Edit
- Select Preferences
- Select Advanced
- Check Keep iTunes Music Folder Organized
- Check Copy Files to iTunes Music Folder When Adding to Library
- Click OK

Step 5. Drag and Drop all "F" folders into Music Library in iTunes

Step 6. Synchronize your iPod to your computer in iTunes, and then do the same with your iPad. Make sure that it’s on the same computer.

Solution 2. How to Copy Music between iPod and iPad ?
