How to Transfer Videos from iPhone to Android ?

In deciding how to transfer videos from iPhone to Android, there are many ways of doing it. The method you opt for depends on the tools and resources available as well as personal preferences. Below are three methods.

Method 1. iPhone to Android video transfer via computer

The advantage of this method is that it doesn't require an Internet connection. Plus all the videos will be transferred all at once. All you need are just cables.

To use this method the following will be needed:
- A personal computer
- The two phones - the source phone (iPhone) and the recipient phone (Android).
- Two USB cables; one that's specifically for the iPhone and another that's compliant with the Android phone.

Once you have everything required take the following steps:

Step 1 - Ensure that the iPhone is connected to the PC.
Step 2 - In the "Portable Devices" category under "My Computer", right click on the icon for the iPhone storage.
Step 3 - From the menu that appears after right clicking, go ahead and click on "Import Pictures and Videos". This will result in your PC scanning for the videos and images contained in your iPhone.
Step 4 - Once the scanning is complete the next thing to do is copy the videos to your PC. This is done by clicking on "Import". You can specify the folder you want the videos to be copied to otherwise the videos will be copied to the default location which in Windows computers is the "My Pictures" folder.
Step 5 - First eject the iPhone from the PC before unplugging.
Step 6 - With the videos now in your computer connect your Android phone to your computer by use of a USB cable. Detection of the storage for your Android device will be automatic.
Step 7 - Double click on Android storage which is normally the DCIM folder.
Step 8 - Open the folder where you saved the videos from the iPhone. If you used the default location then it's the "My Pictures" folder.
Step 9 - Copy the videos in the folder from the folder you saved them in earlier to Android storage or the subfolder you created.

Method 2 - iPhone to Android video transfer via cloud services

Step 1 - Install a cloud storage app like DropBox or Google Drive on your iPhone.
Step 2 - Upload the videos your want to transfer from the iPhone to the cloud.
Step 3 - Install the cloud storage app on your Android device.
Step 4 - Log in to the account that you earlier uploaded the files to.
Step 5 - Download the videos from the cloud to your Android device.

Method 3 - iPhone to Android video transfer via Wi-Fi

Step 1 - Ensure that both the iPhone and the Android are connected to the same Wi-Fi.
Step 2 - Download and install a video-syncing app such as PhotoSync on both the iPhone and the Android and then launch the app.
Step 3 - On your iPhone choose the videos you want to transfer and begin the syncing process.
Step 4 - Choose the mode of transfer. With this particular PhotoSync app it is "Phone/Tablets".
Step 5 - Once the app has searched and detected the Android device, start the transfer of the videos from the iPhone to the Android.
